Shipping Policy
Shipping InfoUS order are shipped from New York, USA and are usually delivered using USPS (during peak season we may use other couriers). Canadian order are shipped from Ontario, Canada and are usually delivered using Canada Post. International orders may ship directly from Europe but sometimes during busy periods they may come from New York, USA.

When your order ships you will receive an email with the tracking number but if for whatever reason you don't receive it just email us and we can reply letting you know what it is.
How long before I get my stuff?
We aim to process and ship as quickly as possible, so if you need to make any changes please contact us right away. That said we "fast-track" orders are given priority and are usually processed 1 - 2 business day. Standard orders are processed within 3 business days.
